I will sit in a special chair that can move up and down. A bright light might shine so the dentist can see my teeth clearly. I might hear some new sounds from the small tools, and the dentist will be very gentle.

Sometimes, I might feel a little nervous or unsure when the dentist checks my teeth. When I feel like this, I can try to take a deep breath and listen carefully to what the dentist says. Staying calm helps the dentist do their job quickly and gently.
